Terms of Use

Ceniq is an app for keeping track of your shopping: receipt recognition, price memory, a shared circle, lists and expense splitting. The core features are free. For those who need more there's a paid Pro plan (see “Ceniq Pro” below). Free features won’t disappear without notice.

• Pro is a paid plan with higher limits. What exactly it includes and what it costs is shown on the Pro page in the app before you pay.
• Payments are handled by Stripe. Only Stripe sees your card or BLIK details — we don't.
• A subscription (monthly or yearly) renews automatically until you cancel it. You can cancel anytime on the Pro page: access stays until the end of the paid period and you won't be charged again.
• A year paid in one go doesn't renew by itself — we'll remind you 7 days before it ends.
• Pro is a digital service that starts right after payment. By ticking the box before paying, you ask for access right away, before the 14-day withdrawal period ends, and confirm you know you lose the right to withdraw after that.
• If Pro didn't work because of a fault on our side, write to dm.romaniuk2323@gmail.com — we'll refund you for that period.
• When Pro ends, nothing is deleted: the free plan's limits simply come back.
• We may change the price for future periods with at least 30 days' notice; a period you've already paid for isn't affected.

• You need a Google account to sign in. You must be at least 16 years old.
• You are responsible for what happens in your account and for keeping access to it secure.

• Receipts, photos, prices and reviews belong to you. You give us the right to store and process them to run the service — including showing prices from your receipts to other people anonymously (unless you turn it off) and showing your product ratings.
• Don't upload anything you don't have the rights to, or other people's personal data unless it's necessary.
• Don't make up prices or products: the shared database is only useful as long as it's accurate.

Receipt recognition and exchange rates can be wrong. Check the amounts before saving. Price comparison is a hint based on prices people have shared, not a guarantee of the price in the shop.

• Interfere with the service, get around its limits or collect data in bulk.
• Use Ceniq for illegal activities or post offensive content in reviews.

If you break these rules, we may restrict or block your account.

The service is provided “as is”. We do our best to keep it running smoothly and your data safe, but we are not liable for indirect losses. This does not limit the rights you have as a consumer under the law.

You can delete your account in your profile at any time. We may stop providing the service with at least 30 days’ notice, so you have time to export your data.
